Pork has obvious off-peak season, but also has differentiated seasonal characteristics.         As spring temperatures rise, the pork market should enter the off-season, and prices will be lower. Since February, however, things have been different. Data show that in April, the average weekly price of pork wholesale market rose continuously. April market relative to March, the overall rise of almost 2 yuan more than a kilogram.   However, in terms of market prices, although the wholesale price of pork has increased slightly, some merchants have not raised their retail prices at present.
